"POM Wonderful has come up with an easy and portable way to include pomegranates in your diet—and they’ve done the work for you! Each little aril has been removed from the pith and is ready to spoon into your mouth, onto your cereal, yogurt, or into a salad. Pomegranates are rich in antioxidants called polyphenols and help to prevent damage your body’s cells can incur from the environment." Read Full Review

I am a Registered Dietitian (RD), specializing in pediatric nutrition. Many people say to me, “Wow, that is so needed,” or “I’ve never heard of such a thing!” Well, yes, what I do is needed, especially with the state of child nutrition these days, and the confusion parents and families feel about feeding, food, and child nutrition.

I am a child nutrition expert and have over 20 years of experience in the field of pediatric nutrition. I am also a mother (of 4) and a business owner. I have a passion for working with children of all ages (0-20 years to be exact), and a dedication to helping parents be the best feeders, supporters, and homefront nutrition experts they can be.

"The first thing I did when I received my Pom Poms is take a handful and pop them in my mouth. It brought back all the great memories of my dad. I then decided to make a wonderful mixed greens salad and sprinkled some of the Pom Poms on it and added a few toasted walnuts. The flavor was wonderful! I didnt even need dressing because the pomegranate arils provided a nice juicy flavor..." Read Full Review

"Sometimes the mail brings “wonderful” surprises.   Today, sitting on my doorstep was a box containing samples of 100% California-grown Wonderful pomegranate arils.  They are ready to eat pomegranates in adorable cups complete with a built-in plastic spoon.  My first instinct was to add a heaping tablespoon to some plain Greek yogurt, and that was delicious.  Then I started to experiment.  I usually blend a fruit smoothie for my kids when they come home from school..." I was the fat kid. I began “dieting” when I was 6 or 7 years old. My weight was the focal point of my childhood. After two summers at "fat camp", and dozens of “diets”, I finally lost almost 50 pounds at the age of 17. Now over 20 years later, and after giving birth to two children, I have successfully managed to keep that weight off. It’s an everyday struggle. Believe me, I understand! Personally, I have found success with a balance of choosing the right foods, in the right portions, with consistent exercise, and just the right amount of indulgence. I became a Registered Dietitian to inspire people to find their best inner self. To help people THINK HEALTHY…not SKINNY.

"POM POMS are perfect as they are- straight out of the container. They are juicy and fresh! I also had some this morning with my  greek yogurt and granola. What a wonderful addition they were and no extra mess! Tomorrow I plan to mix a few into some tasty muffins! These would also add a nice burst of color to a fresh salad..." Read Full Review

Married and mother of 2. Food is a passion and baking is a hobby. I like experimenting with traditional recipes as well as trying new dessert trends. For every success there is usually a failure, but in the end everyone wins because well…there’s probably sugar in it!

I won Parenting’s cookie contest a few years back with the ‘Million Dollar Cookie‘ recipe, and I’ve guest spotted a few times under the name, ‘The Guest Baker’ over at Fotocuisine.com.

"Frankly I was amazed at how fresh these tasted. Most precut fruit I find was picked too early, or doesn't have a fresh taste. Not so with the POM POMS Fresh Arils. I really felt that I had just opened a pomegranate on my own. Eating the Arils all by themselves has always been how I ate them. I had never considered adding them to anything else, until the hard work was taken out of it. After eating about 1/4 of my packaged Arils I had the brilliant idea to add them to ice cream..." "My youngest and I have been enjoying our POM POMs (or as she likes to call them, “Ariels,” LOL) for a couple days now. They are exactly what fresh from the pomegranate arils taste like – the perfect combination of sweet and tart – and because they’re made from POM Wonderful pomegranates, the arils are plump and juicy. I can’t even tell you what a time saver this is! Last time we got a pomegranate I ended up throwing half of it out because I got so frustrated..." Read Full Review

For those few less ordinary moments in the day, my heart resides here, and I hope that is what you will see as you visit.

"I was very excited to receive these POM POMs. I have always been a big fan of POM juice, so this was like a dream come true to me! I always tried to make my own pomegranate juice and always loved eating the arils out of a fresh pomegranate. The issue with this was that i would always make a big mess and there would be pomegranate juice all over me and all over my kitchen!" Read Full Review

My name is Erin and I am a single mother of three girls ages 20, 14 and 13 based in Katy, Texas. We began our frugal lifestyle shortly after my divorce. I found myself trying to make ends meet and raise three girls by myself so I dove into couponing head first.

Over the next several years I became quite good at finding deals and saving money for my family. I challenged my family to only spend $800 a year on all our grocery needs. I was able to reach that goal for two years. After the end of the second year I decided to loosen up a bit and not have such a strict budget.

My kids are happy, well adjusted frugal shoppers just like me and we are all always on the look out for deals, freebies and savings. Please join me as I do the bargain hunting for you and share my finds so that you too can live a more frugal lifestyle.

Hey! I’m Kalee Sorey. I’m a 22 year old grad student after graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration this past May. I studied finance. I wanted to help people through financial advising, but I absolutely hated it for a number of reaons. I am now working full time as a blogger and freelance social network expert. I am also studying education, and I hope to teach high school math. Yes, I am a total nerd am so excited about having my own class and helping my students.

I chose to create Soreyfitness because fitness & nutrition have always been so important to me and a huge part of my life. In high school, I learned healthy, balanced eating from my mom and from an online community while other girls starved for prom, but still struggled with “controlling my calories”. I have always maintained a healthy weight, but I never felt confident. Then, I started working out to ChaLEAN Extreme and started seeing muscles I had never seen before. My boyfriend still talks about my nice back muscles in a rock climbing picture lol! I feel super confident now because not only am I “skinny” I am doing something for myself. Who cares about the number on the scale when you are taking care of yourself daily & able to see your bicep without flexing?!
